[AASL][AAHL] Binomial and distributions / Binomial, counting and distributions

Hiya!

The latest set of unit tests is out - binomial, counting and distributions for HL and binomial & distributions for SL.

This combination covers all things combination - after all, binomial distribution is also a combination exercise.

For HL, the test has four sections and lasts 90 minutes. Calculators may not be used in the first 45 minutes.

There's a question on using binomial expansion on trinomials, a question on making seating plans and a question on coffee.

For SL, the test lasts an hour and students may use technology for the entire test.
