The SL and HL versions are very similar, with only slight differences in Standard 2 and 3, making the paper a bit less algebraically demanding. Hi y'all! This might be my last post before Christmas. A Christmas wouldn't be the same without a Christmas log.   To celebrate Christmas, here's my gift for y'all. Two sets of tests on logarithmic and exponential functions. The tests focus on logarithmic and exponential functions, providing students with valuable practice for their upcoming exams. The test covers key concepts such as logarithmic equations, exponential growth and decay, and the relationship between logarithmic and exponential functions. Use this test to assess your understanding and identify areas where you need further review. Pay particular attention to Standard 2, logarithmic and exponential equations, as students tend to struggle with the topic. Hey y'all! DP2, hope you enjoyed the summer right before uni. Make the most of it; this may be the last summer you'll ever have to yourself. DP1 and anyone in between, remember to take breaks from your study sessions and reflect on how far you've come. For many students it's a wake up call, for others it's a sign of relief that you know a lot more than you do. Hello hello! I'm bacc with my favourite topic in the course: logs! Here's some logs for you. Jokes aside, you'll see logs poppin' up everywhere in the course, especially AAHL. Integration, yup. Exponential equations, yup. Modelling, yup. Sequences and series, totally. Without any further ado, allow me to present the second round of logs tests! You may have noticed I got a little softer and let you have a little more time. Ultimately, I want you to show off what you can do, so you should be relatively fast but not  rushing. Hello hello! After a successful launch of Revision Guide for topic 1.1 (sequences and series), I am now back with topics 1.2-1.3... after a month. I apologise for the long wait. This time around, we have proofs and logarithms. Some parts of 1.2 Proofs are only for HL students - these are clearly indicated in the booklet. Like the previous version, the questions are coded by my interpretation  of the difficulty using the scale on page 2. I have to admit that this booklet isn't perfect (there's a LOT more we could do with exponential and logarithmic equations), but due to the space restraints and that I don't wanna include questions that span several topics, I've "shortened" this section down to about 10-ish questions. This is a HUGE module. From the basics of exponential and logarithmic functions, we move on to properties of logarithms as well as transformations (and further transformations for AAHL people). I'd genuinely expect that people spend about four weeks of class time to cover the content, assuming students don't already know log laws and logarithmic functions. I'm ridiculously biased, but y'all know that I love  logarithms. Needless to say there'll be some questions that you'll be stratching your head when taking the test.
